A truly spectacular tree native to the tropical Rainforests of the Philippines. The only species to live naturally in the Northern Hemisphere. The orange tinted bark sheds revealing a vibrant range of colours in the trunk. Pointed grey green leaves. Umbels of white to cream flowers.

Max Height 60m.

Flowers April to July.

Full sun.

Tender.

Packet contains 20+ seeds.

Germination tips:
surface sow onto good sterile seed compost.
keep moist and humid in a heated propagator.
prick out when large enough to handle.
