ALOCASIA ‘Kuching Mask’
Elephant Ears
A unique Alocasia with dark green leaves, deeply lobed with white veins which produce a ‘V’ in the centre of the leaf. The petioles are striped with dark greys and pinks. The name Kuching, which is a city in Borneo, means Cat, as the lobes on the leaves resemble cats ears.
Max Height 1m. Max Spread 1.5m.
Flowers January to December.
Partial shade.
Best grown as a houseplant.
Tender.
Harmful if eaten/skin and eye irritant.
