Actinidia arguta ‘Ken’s Red’

Hardy Kiwiberry

A perennial vine native to Japan, Korea, Northern China, and Russian Siberia. It produces a small red, edible fruit resembling the kiwi fruit.  This variety was bred in New Zealand by horticulturist Ken Nobbs.

Max Height 4m.

Flowers June to July.

Full sun.

Hardy.

(Female, requires a male pollinator – Issai is suitable)
