Blue Milkweed
An erect twining or scrambling subshrub from Brazil and Uruguay with downy, light green leaves. Sky-blue flowers from summer to early autumn. Very attractive to butterflies.
Max Height 60cm to 1m. Max Spread 80cm.
Flowers June to September.
Full sun.
Not hardy. Great for the greenhouse or conservatory.
Germination tips:
Sow in spring onto good quality seed compost, do not cover as they need light to germinate.
Place into a heated propagator.
Pot up when large enough to handle.
