ARISAEMA concinnum
Himalayan Jack in the Pulpit
Tuberous perennial originating from western China. Each green leaf is divided into 7-13 long leaflets. Dark purple-striped white spathes appear at the same time as the leaves.
Max Height 100cm. Max Spread 15cm.
Flowers late May or early June.
Partial/dappled shade. Moist but well drained soil.
Hardy
Harmful if eaten/skin and eye irritant.
