Found in the subtropical forests of Asia, the tiny hooked bulbils attach themselves to animals and birds to aid dispersal which is where it gets it common name. Glossy, heart shaped-leaves are bright green with pale green veins. Pale yellow/green spathes appear after the foliage in late summer.
Max Height 40-50cm.
Full/partial shade. Well drained soil.
Frost Hardy. Mulch in winter once plant goes dormant.
Best lifted in winter and stored frost free.
