We take pride in our plants and try our best to make sure they arrive in the same condition as they left us. Each plant is packaged in it’s own individual way depending on its size, shape and nature. The P&P flat rate price (Mainland UK £9.99 for plant orders, £1.99 for seed orders) includes the cost of packaging materials. If by any means your plant has arrived damaged or not as expected then please contact us via email sales@turn-it-tropical.co.uk

Parcels will be dispatched within 7 working days of completed payment but we aim to get them sent as soon as we can. As I operate this business alongside my landscaping business there can sometimes be busy spells where we cannot deal with a huge number of orders that come in on the same day. So please be patient 🙂

We will not send plants on a Thursday or Friday to avoid them being held over the weekend. Please be aware that our couriers do not deliver at weekends, we can arrange for this but there will be an additional charge.

Although we use a next day courier service but we do not guarantee that they will arrive the next working day due to courier collection times and delays. Once they leave us it is out of our control.

If your postage seems incorrect at checkout then please contact us so we can alter it for you.

COLLECTION FROM NURSERY – Alternatively you can call or email us once you have placed your order and selected ‘Collection From Nursery’ and arrange to collect them yourselves from the nursery based in Rackheath, Norfolk and save a delivery charge.

UK shipping ONLY. European orders are currently suspended until we receive further information regarding rules and regulations for shipping after brexit.

All orders will be supplied with a UK Plant Passport due to new regulations.
