Evergreens Delivery Details.
We take pride in our plants and try our best to make sure they arrive in the same condition as they left us. Each plant is packaged in its own individual way depending on its size, shape and nature. The delivery price includes the cost of packaging materials. Parcels will be dispatched within 3 working days of completed payment but we aim to get them sent as soon as we can. As I operate this business alongside my landscaping business there can sometimes be busy spells where I cannot deal with a huge number of orders by myself. So please be patient 🙂
We will not send plants on a Thursday or Friday to avoid them being held over the weekend. Please be aware that our couriers do not deliver at weekends, we can arrange for this but there will be an additonal charge.
Although we sometimes use a next day courier service but we do not guarantee that they will arrive the next working day due to courier collection times and delays. Once they leave us it is out of our control.
If your postage seems incorrect at checkout then please contact us so we can alter it for you.
Alternatively you can call us and arrange to collect them yourselves and save a delivery charge.
